Q: How can I increase the life of my jewelry?
A: To keep your jewelry looking as good as new it is best to avoid as much contact as possible with hair spray, perfumes etc. Remember to remove jewelry before swimming and try to avoid getting your jewelry wet but don't worry they will not be ruin if they do get wet. Please keep in mind that all these pieces are totally hand made and should be treated with a certain amount of respect. Wear them, enjoy them, but please don't be too heavy handed with them!
The sterling silver clasps, rings etc. will tarnish over time when exposed to the air. To restore the beautiful shine, gently polish - preferably with a purpose made polishing cloth. Alternatively, store your jewelry in air tight (zip-lock) plastic bags. Not all beads are colorfast, so they are best stored in a dark place, out of direct sunlight, when you are not wearing them.
Q: How can I find out my ring size?
A: There are several ways to find out your finger size. There are many printable ring sizers online. I just typed ring sizer into a google search. You can also visit your local jeweler and have them to size your finger. Be sure to size the exact finger you want to wear your ring.
Q: Do you have gift boxes available?
A: Yes! All of our jewelry is shipped in a gift box of some kind.
Q: Are Print catalogs available?
A: Unfortunately not, because our inventory is constantly changing. We want to ensure that our customers are able to choose from the most up to the date inventory. For this reason printed materials are not offered.

Q: Do you accept payments?
A: Yes on some items we do accept payments. For those items you will find an additional buy now button under the add to cart button. These items require you to have a paypal account to purchase. It is free to set up a account with paypal. Once you have signed up your payment will be made in the monthly payment amount shown for that item. After the final payment is made you item will be shipped to you. If you would like to use a payment plan on the sum of more than one item or do not want to set up a paypal account, please use the contact us page to discuss your needs. We will set you up on a personal payment plan.
